Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear or field use.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
